Progressive Employment Concepts

Join us for a five day Customized Employment course: June 17th, 18th, 19th, 27th, and 28th.

This 40-hour training builds knowledge and skills in the ACRE Customized Employment competencies.

Below you will find an overview of the 5 day training schedule:

Day 1- 

• Introductions
• Agency History
• Overview of Rights, History and Legislation.
• Introduction to Customized Employment (CE) and Discovery
• Stage 1 of Discovery

Day 2-

• Overview of Social Security Benefits
• Stage 2 of Discovery

Day 3-

• Stage 3 of Discovery
• Stage 4 of Discovery

Day 4-

• Stage 5 of Discovery
• Job Development/ Negotiation

Day 5-

• Systematic instruction
• Job support

Upon completion of this course, you will receive a National Certificate of Achievement in Customized Employment Services Basic Level.

• Five days of training consisting of lecture, hands on experience, and homework
• Handbook with resources to be used in training and beyond
